Routine and Emergency Maintenance. All routine maintenance and repair functions and emergency maintenance and repair functions, including “one-call” responses, cable locate services, and necessary relocation of the McLeodUSA Cable containing the IRU Fibers, shall be performed by McLeodUSA or its designee for a period coterminous with the term of this Agreement.
