ROUTINE DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENTS. Full-time employees, eligible for use of sick leave with pay, may use accrued sick leave allowances for purposes of routine doctor's appointments. Employees utilizing sick leave allowances for such purposes must inform departmental supervision at the time the appointment is made. The University reserves the right to request proof that the time off was in fact used for the purpose requested. Failure to submit such proof upon request will automatically disqualify such employees for sick leave allowance with pay and may result in disciplinary action.
