ROUTINE FOOT CARE. The cutting, debridement, trimming, reduction, removal or other care of corns, calluses, flat feet, fallen arches, weak feet, chronic foot strain, dystrophic nails, excrescences, helomas, hyperkeratosis, hypertrophic nails, non-infected ingrown nails, deratomas, keratosis, onychauxis, onychocryptosis, tylomas or symptomatic complaints of the feet. Routine Foot Care also includes orthopedic shoes, and supportive devices for the foot. SERVICE AREA. A geographic area We define by [ZIP codes] [county]. SKILLED NURSING CARE.
