Common use of Routine Maintenance of Applicant’s Facilities Clause in Contracts

Routine Maintenance of Applicant’s Facilities. Each license subject to this Agreement authorizes Applicant to engage in routine maintenance of facilities located on or within SWBT’s poles, ducts, and conduits. Routine maintenance does not include the replacement or modification of Applicant’s facilities in any manner which results in Applicant’s facilities differing substantially in size, weight, or physical characteristics from the facilities described in Applicant’s license.
