The designated driver is also responsible for ensuring that jack, spare tyre, tools etc. are present and ready for use. CARS ARE NOT TO BE OPERATED WHEN UNROADWORTHY, OR IN MECHANICAL CONDITION LIKELY TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.
