Common use of Routine Meetings Clause in Contracts

Routine Meetings. A general review meeting will be held every 12 months between Authorised Representatives from the Client and the Service Provider (Authorised Representative will be identified by the Client and the Service Provider in Table 2). The function of these meetings will be to: To review the System performance in the previous period. To discuss and resolve any outstanding issues arising. To address any upcoming requirements. Update personnel/contact changes or other changes in Appendices A, B and C.
