ROW Access. 5.1.9.1 Prior to performing any Work, the DBT shall send notification letters utilizing a template to be provided by KYTC, indicating the date and duration of entry, to any affected property owners no less than forty-eight (48) hours nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of entry. The DBT shall forward copies of all notification letters distributed to KYTC. Any subsequent Claims for compensation due to damages incurred during the project development phase shall be negotiated between the DBT and the affected property owners.
ROW Access. Way means that part of your property which provides access to other properties via a shared driveway or Access Way
