Schematic ROW. 5.1.1.1 KYTC will or has acquired all Schematic ROW. The project has sufficient right of way to perpetually maintain the permanent features of the proposed project as shown on the RFP plans. KYTC will be responsible for the clearance/demolition of buildings that are within any right of way purchased by KYTC.
