In addition, our liability is limited as follows: • the maximum compensation payable when additional compensation has been purchased for Items containing coins, banknotes or currency notes, securities or instruments payable to bearer (e.g. cheques; bankers drafts; travellers cheques) is limited to £100 per Item; and in relation to International Business Parcels with the Signed option (only): additional compensation is not available for electronic devices such as mobile telephones, smartphones, tablets, notebooks or personal digital assistants. Therefore, the maximum compensation payable for loss or damage to one of these electronic devices is £50.
