RTD Lot. The Town agrees to relocate the RTD lot before the groundbreaking for the new library building. RV Dump Station: There is currently an RV sewage dump station located close to the intersection of 0xx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. The Parties have agreed that it would be in the best interests of the Town and the District to relocate the RV dump station. The District agrees to obtain and pay for the engineering costs required to develop a set of construction drawings to relocate the RV sewage dump station. The District has agreed to pay for the construction costs associated with the relocation of the RV dump station, including the removal of the existing RV dump station.
RTD Lot. The Town agrees to relocate the RTD lot by June 1, 2017.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • LOT OVERVIEW This Contract encompasses the Lots listed in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. The following descriptions, as applicable, delineate the scope of the awarded Lots.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office.
