Common use of Rules, Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Rules, Policies and Procedures. You must comply at all times with all the rules, policies and procedures introduced by the Company from time to time, including but not limited to any contained in the Company’s Employee Handbook. For the avoidance of doubt such rules, policies and procedures are not incorporated by reference into this Contract and they can be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Company. Breach of Company rules, policies or procedures may result in disciplinary action.

Rules, Policies and Procedures. You must comply at all times with the Company’s rules policies and procedures as amended from time to time relating to equal opportunities, harassment, health and safety, compliance, external interests. Copies of all the rules, policies and procedures introduced by the Company from time to time, including but not limited to any contained are set out in the Company’s Employee Staff Handbook. For the avoidance of doubt such rules, policies and procedures are not incorporated by reference into this Contract and they can be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Company.
