Rules, Policies and Procedures. The Contractor agrees that neither it nor its Associated Entities nor any Contractor Personnel will violate any of the Company Policies when performing work in connection with this Agreement or where the Contractor has adopted equivalent Policies will not violate such equivalent policies. In the event that the Contractor or any Associated Entity or any Contractor Personnel supply staff that work on behalf of the Company or represent the Company, the Contractor also commits that such staff will behave in a manner that is consistent with the Company Policies.
