Rules, Regulations, Policies and Resolutions. Rules, regulations, policies and resolutions of the 27 District which are not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement, shall not be affected by the terms of 28 this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement shall be controlling in the event there are inconsistencies 29 or conflicts with the rules, regulations, policies and resolutions of the District to the extent necessary to 30 give effect to this Agreement.
