Common use of Runs Test Clause in Contracts

Runs Test. Each card, symbol, number, or stop position does not as a significant statistic produce predictable patterns of game elements or occurrences. Each card symbol, number, or stop position will be considered random if it meets the 99 percent confidence level with regard to the "runs test" or any generally accepted pattern testing statistic.
