Rural Water District No. 1. The Property Owners understand and acknowledge that the City may not furnish water to serve any portion of the Property that lies within the boundaries of Rural Water District No. 1 Lancaster County Nebraska (“District No. 1”) without the consent and approval from District No. 1. Property Owners desire that the Property be connected to the City’s Public water system. Therefore, Property Owners agree to pay prior to annexation of any portion of the Property that lies within the boundaries of District No. 1, all the cost needed to obtain District No. 1’s approval for the City to furnish water to the Property lying within the boundaries of District No. 1 and to provide the City satisfactory proof of necessary payments to such District No. 1 and release by and relinquishment of the Property from Rural Water District No. 1 by District No. 1.
