S A L E S M E N. The Employer assumes a particular responsibility to require observance of this Agreement on the part of book-salesmen. The Employer shall give to one clerk on each shift written authorization to request any salesman performing work in violation of this Agree­ ment to cease such work. If the salesman does not comply with such request, then the authorized clerk shall report the matter to the Employer or the store manager, who shall then cause the salesman to cease such work.
