Store Manager. Any employee relieving a Store Manager for one (1) day or more shall receive a minimum of one dollar and sixty-five ($1.65) cents per hour in addition to their regular, hourly rate of pay for all time so employed. Any employee designated by the Employer to relieve a Store Manager for a full week will have, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Article 5 of this Agreement, a basic work week of forty (40) hours per week.
Store Manager. Any employee relieving a Store Manager for more than one (1) day in the employee’s home store and immediately in a store other than the home store, shall receive a minimum of one ($1.00) dollar in addition to their regular, hourly rate of pay for all time so employed.
Store Manager. Employees assigned to manage the operations of the store and perform duties including, but not limited to, supervising, training and co-ordinating Employees, preparing rosters to meet trading requirements efficiently and economically, preparing operational reports, development of procedures, staff induction and other duties as directed.
Store Manager. Employees temporarily relieving a Location Manager in a store, other than their home store, shall receive thirty- five ($35.00) dollars a day in addition to their regular rate, for all full days worked in that capacity. Employees relieving the Location Manager in the employee's home store shall, if relieving for more than one (1) day, receive thirty-five ($35.00) dollars in addition to their regular rate for all full days worked in that capacity.
Store Manager. Employees who perform Level 2 duties with a high level of proficiency and are specifically assigned by the Employer to manage the operations of the store.
Store Manager. Any employee who is required to temporarily fill the classification of Store Manager for two (2) consecutive days or more, shall receive a minimum of per hour (maximum in addition to his or her hourly rate of pay, for all time so employed. New employees assigned to relieve an Assistant Store Manager for a period of more than one (1) consecutive working day shall receive a premium of per hour, maximum per week for all time so employed.
Store Manager. An employee who is appointed by the employer to be in charge of the store.
Store Manager. 1. An employee who substitutes for a Store Manager for a day or more, but less than a Store Manager’s full work week of 43 hours, 5 days, shall receive pro rata pay per hour for each full day that he substi tutes for a Store Manager on the rate of $185.00 (effective 6/20/71 — $197.00) divided by 43 hours. In no case, however, shall he receive less than $5.00 per day in addition to his regular day’s pay for a full day of substitution.
2. An employee who substitutes for a Store Manager for a full work week of 43 hours, 5 days, shall receive $185.00 (ef fective 6/20/71 — $197.00).
Store Manager. An Employee at this level will exercise a higher level of supervisory skills than the Assistant Manager and will have administrative responsibilities requiring a significant degree of discretion and initiative. The Store Manager will be entrusted with the control or superintendence of the store and be able to delegate duties and responsibilities to other Employees, including the Assistant Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for the cash control, general management of stock and monitoring of customer service. The Store Manager may be required from time to time to perform any of the tasks of a full time employee.
Store Manager. The Franchisee:
(a) may, if the Franchisee is an individual, act as the Store Manager. If the Franchisee is not acting as the Store Manager, the Franchisee must appoint a Store Manager reasonably acceptable to Healthy Life
(b) must ensure that every Store Manager has appropriate competence, qualifications, training and knowledge to operate and manage the Franchise in accordance with reasonably acceptable standards, this agreement and any directions given by Healthy Life
(c) acknowledges and agrees that if the Franchisee is in breach of this clause 12.2, Healthy Life may in its absolute discretion direct that the Franchisee appoints a replacement Store Manager reasonably acceptable to Healthy Life within 14 days after Healthy Life’s direction.
