S ubcontractors. We will not subcontract any services under this Agreement without your prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.
S ubcontractors. The Contractor shall require that all subcontractors meet the requirements of this Section and Section 26 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the District's Risk Manager.
S ubcontractors. Business Associate shall require any Subcontractor to which it provides PHI to comply with the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Addendum to Business Associate with respect to such PHI. Business Associate shall require any Subcontractor to which it provides Electronic PHI to comply with the Security Rule.
S ubcontractors. A. Recipient may subcontract any portion of the Mitigation Project for purposes of this Contract.
B. Recipient shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of all subcontractors performing or furnishing any portion of the Mitigation Project under a direct or indirect contract with Recipient to the extent provided under appliable laws and regulations. Nothing in this Contract shall create for the benefit of any such subcontractor any contractual relationship between Trust and any such subcontractor, nor shall it create any obligation on the part of Trust to pay or to see to the payment of any money due to any such subcontractor.
C. Recipient shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of subcontractors performing or furnishing any portion of the Project under a direct or indirect contract with Recipient. Recipient shall require all subcontractors performing or furnishing any portion of the Project who desire to communicate with Trustee to communicate through Recipient with Trustee.
D. All work performed for Recipient by a subcontractor shall be pursuant to an appropriate written contract between Recipient and the subcontractor which is not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Contract. Each subcontractor shall be provided a copy of this Contract prior to initiating any portion of the Project.
S ubcontractors. Listed below are subcontractor(s) anticipated by A-E to perform services specified in Attachment A. Substitution or addition of A-E’s subcontractors in any given project function shall be allowed only with prior written approval of the COUNTY Project Manager.
S ubcontractors. Contractor agrees not to employ subcontractors in connection with rendering services to the District without written consent of the District. When so per- mitted, subcontractors shall be treated as employees of Contractor for purposes of this contract. Nothing contained in the contract documents shall create any contractual relations between any subcontractor and the District.
S ubcontractors. All contactors, dealers, and resellers authorized in the State of Florida, as shown on the dedicated Contractor (cooperative contract) website, are approved to provide sales and service support to participants in the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement. The dealer participation will be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the aforementioned Master Agreement.
S ubcontractors. The Contractor shall not subcontract any of the services required under this Agreement.
S ubcontractors. If utilizing subcontractors, Contractor shall ensure that subcontractors perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement and this Participating Addendum. Contractor shall include all subcontractors as insureds under all required insurance policies. Alternatively, prior to utilizing any subcontractor, Contractor shall cause any such subcontractor to provide insurance that complies with all applicable requirements of the insurance set forth in the Master Agreement and shall furnish separate Certificates of Insurance and endorsements for each subcontractor. Each subcontractor must comply fully with all insurance requirements stated in the Master Agreement. Failure of any subcontractor to comply with insurance requirements does not limit Contractor’s liability or responsibility.
S ubcontractors. To the extent the use of subcontractors is permitted under this Contract, the requirements of this entire paragraph 30 shall be incorporated into any subcontractor agreement entered into by the Contractor and any data sharing shall be compliant with these security and protection requirements and the NDA. In the event of data sharing, subcontractors shall provide to the Contractor a copy of their data security policy and procedures for securing FW Information and a copy of their disaster recovery plan/s.
