Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Consultant shall provide certificates of insurance with original endorsements to City as evidence of the insurance coverage required herein. Certificates of such insurance shall be filed with the City on or before commencement of performance of this Agreement. Current certification of insurance shall be kept on file with the City at all times during the term of this Agreement.
Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. 1. One or more Certificates of Insurance (“Certificates”) shall be completed by Developer’s insurer as evidence that policies providing the required coverages, conditions and minimum limits are in full force and effect, which Certificates shall be provided to the City for review and approval prior to commencement of any work under this Agreement. 2. Each Certificate required herein, except Workers’ compensation coverage, shall name the City and its officers and employees as additional insureds. 3. The City shall review the Certificates and endorsements as soon as practical, typically within ten (10) working days of receipt. The Certificates shall identify this Agreement and shall provide that the coverages afforded under the policies shall not be canceled, terminated or materially changed until at least thirty (30) days prior written notice has been given to the City. 5. In the event the period of coverage for any insurance required herein expires prior to the conclusion of Developer’s obligations hereunder, Developer shall, not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of any such insurance coverage, provide the City with a new certificate of insurance and endorsements evidencing new or continuing coverage in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.
Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Consultant shall furnish SANDAG with Certificates of Insurance and any required endorsements affecting coverage required by this section. The endorsements are to be signed by a person authorized by that insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. Endorsements must specifically state that they modify the policy language. The coverage forms and related endorsements required herein required by Consultant shall conform to the Insurance Services Office (ISO) 2013 Edition (or the latest revision available).
Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. As of the Effective Date, Tenant shall deliver to District a certificate of insurance evidencing the existence of the policies required hereunder and copies of endorsements stating that such policies shall: 1. not be canceled or altered without thirty (30) days prior written notice to District; 2. insure performance of the indemnity set forth in Section 17 (Hold Harmless/Indemnification), above; 3. state the coverage is primary and any coverage by District is in excess thereto; 4. contain a cross liability endorsement; and 5. include a separate endorsement naming District as an additional insured. At least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of each certificate, and every subsequent certificate, Tenant shall deliver to District a new certificate of insurance consistent with all of the terms and conditions required in connection with the original certificate of insurance as described above.

If requested, complete copies of insurance policies will be provided to University.
