Sabbatical Leave, Method of Payment. 11.13.4.1 Salary for a full year of Sabbatical Leave may be paid in two (2) equal annual installments during the first two (2) years following the return from Sabbatical Leave, unless the employee furnishes a suitable bond indemnifying the District against loss in the event that the employee fails to render at least five (5) years of service to the District following return from Sabbatical Leave.
