Consultant must provide safe and accessible facilities and services in accordance with applicable law, including but not limited to: (1) Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 4151 -4157); (2) The Lead -Based Paint Poisoning and Prevention Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 4821 -4846); (3) All applicable st andards, orders, or requirements issued under section 306 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 1857(h)), section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1368), Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection Agency regulations (40 CFR part 15); and (4) Mandat ory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (Pub. L. 94 -163, 89 Stat. 871) (53 FR 8068, 8087, Mar. 11, 1988, as amended at 60 FR 19639, 19642, Apr. 19, 1995).
