Lockboxes A lockbox may be used in connection with the marketing of Property. There have been isolated instances of reported burglaries of homes on which lockboxes have been placed and for which the lockbox has been alleged to have been used to access the home. Since others will have access to Property, Seller agrees to either remove all valuables, prescription drugs and/or keys, or put them in a secure place.
