In accordance with 45 CFR Part 164, Subpart C and 45 CFR §164.314(a)(2)(i)(A)&(B), Contractor agrees to use appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of any Consumer’s PHI, including Electronic PHI other than as provided for by this Agreement.
