Common use of Safeguarding Children Clause in Contracts

Safeguarding Children. Working Together Under the Children Xxx 0000 sets out how all agencies and professionals should work together to promote children’s welfare and protect them from harm. All Board staff delivering the Service as part of this Agreement must attend child protection training relevant to their role and responsibilities. The Board must also ensure that copies of the All Wales Child Protection Procedures are made available to all its staff involved delivering the Service as part of this Agreement.
