This proposal aligns with the council’s aims to promote equality, social inclusion and a safe and healthy environment for all.   • Individual Flexibility Arrangements 7.1 An Employer and Employee covered by the Agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary the effect of terms of the Agreement if:
