Safeguards During Transmission. CDPHE shall be responsible for using appropriate safeguards to maintain and ensure the confidentiality, privacy and security of Protected Information transmitted to HCPF pursuant to this MOU, in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Privacy Rule, until such Protected Information is received by HCPF, and in accordance with any specifications set forth in Attachment A.
