Common use of SAFETY AND ROOM MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

SAFETY AND ROOM MAINTENANCE. A. Room Entry ORL reserves the right to enter your room in the interest of health, safety, security, and building maintenance. When possible, advance notice of room entry will be given. ORL employees are required to report any violations of university regulations and/or terms of this contract observed when in your room.
