Quarantine / Isolation / Separation. At any time, the University may request or require a resident to leave Xxxxxxx housing when that resident’s continued presence in the housing community poses a health or safety risk for community members. Students are required to comply with requests from Xxxxxxx to leave their assigned space due to COVID or any other public health emergency – including, but not limited to quarantine or isolation needs – and failure to do so is a violation of the housing agreement and may subject a student to emergency removal from their assigned space. If a residential rooms or hall is not appropriate for self-quarantine or self-isolation, and a student is advised or directed to self-quarantine or self-isolate, students might not be permitted to continue residing in their residential space and will be provided alternative housing arrangements as needed; in certain circumstances, students may be directed to quarantine or isolate off campus. Relocation or removal from a student’s assigned housing to isolate or quarantine does not constitute a termination of a residential student’s housing contract.

Residents are required to comply with requests from Residence Life to leave their assigned space due to exposure to COVID-19 or other public health emergency and failure to do so is a violation of this Agreement and may subject a resident to emergency removal from their assigned space. When at all possible, the resident should return to their home. A resident recommended to self-quarantine or self-isolate may not be permitted to continue residing in their residential space and will be provided alternative housing arrangements to the extent available. Removal from one’s existing assignment to isolate or quarantine does not constitute a termination of this Agreement.

Removal from University Housing to isolate or quarantine does not constitute a termination of a residential student’s housing contract.  De-Densifying Efforts. Residential students are required to comply with the University’s de-densifying efforts needed on campus due to COVID-19 or other public health emergency, including, but not limited to, the relocation of all or some residential students to alternative housing. Relocation does not constitute a termination of a residential student’s housing contract.
Quarantine / Isolation / Separation. At any time, the University may require a resident to leave his/her assigned accommodations if the resident’s continued presence in the housing community poses a health or safety risk for community members due to COVID-19 or other public health emergency. Failure to leave violates the Housing Contract and may subject a student to emergency removal from his/her assigned housing. Removal from assigned housing to isolate or quarantine does not constitute a termination of a residential student’s housing contract. Students who remain on campus for quarantining or isolation will be expected to follow detailed protocols until they are cleared to return to their assigned space. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action which may include dismissal from the residence halls with no refund.

In an emergency situation (e.g. Board packet day) when an inclement weather closing occurs, an employee(s) may be called in to work if there is a supervisor present in the work location. Said employee(s) shall receive compensatory time off for the time worked.

  • Workplace Violence Prevention A. In order to provide a safe and healthy workplace for employees, the State agrees to develop and implement "Workplace Violence Prevention" policies and programs.

  • Weapons (1) If the Contractor requests that its personnel performing in the USCENTCOM AOR be authorized to carry weapons for individual self-defense, the request shall be made through the Contracting Officer to the Combatant Commander, in accordance with DoD Instruction 3020.41. The Combatant Commander will determine whether to authorize in-theater contractor personnel to carry weapons and what weapons and ammunition will be allowed.
