2.2 Definitions:
(a) Lost Time Injury (LTI) is the result of an injury where the affected employee cannot report for duty for a complete shift.
(b) Medical Treated Injury (MTI) is the treatment of an employee injured at work by a medical practitioner, and a complete shift is not lost.
(c) ZEROHARM is defined as no injury incidents, LTI, MTI and first aid treatments.
2.3 The applicable bonus shall be paid at the end if each quarter in March, June, September and December. This Code aims to provide a system for identifying and maintaining acceptable employee behaviour and rectifying persistent poor work performance in a positive way by:
1. Identifying to the employee behaviour that is unacceptable to Brambles operations.
Safety Bonus. All employees will receive a two hundred ($200) dollar safety bonus for the environment of improvement in lost time days per employee. The baseline for improvement will be the three years of lost time data preceding the start of the current collective agreement. The calculation is total lost days in the fiscal year divided by employee headcount at the end of the fiscal year.
Safety Bonus. In the pay period in October, the company agrees to pay a bonus of (Two Hundred Dollars) by separate cheque annually to each employee that has had no lost time due to injury.
Safety Bonus. Safety bonus in the form of K’Mart vouchers will no longer be paid as it has been absorbed into the weekly attendance allowance outlined in subclause 7 (iii) above.
