Safety Bonus. 34.01 If the number of days work lost due to accidents during the (12) month period ending on November 30 in any year commencing in 1998 does not exceed the number of days work lost due to accidents during the period from December 1, 1994 to November 30, 1995 the Company will pay to each seniority employee $200.00.

Safety Bonus. In the pay period in October, the company agrees to pay a bonus of (Two Hundred Dollars) by separate cheque annually to each employee that has had no lost time due to injury. APPENDIX
Safety Bonus. A. At the end of each year, each employee shall be eligible to receive a Safety Bonus as follows: • Less than 20 years of employment $200 per year • 20 years or more of employment $225 per year
Safety Bonus. When the Owner Operator has operated for a distance of eighty thousand (80,000) miles within each anniversary year of this Agreement, exclusively for the Company, and without having caused or contributed to any loss of or damage whatsoever to the equipmentor cargo, or incurred any liability to a third party or parties for which the Company is or may in any way be liable, the Owner Operator shall receive a Safety Bonus for all miles operated in such year, to be paid to the Owner Operator on a lump sum basis. An Owner Operator who disqualifies himself from providing services to the Company, and/or has been terminated by the Company, will not be entitled to payment of the safety bonus, Only active Owner Operators, operating under this Agreement at the time of payment, qualifyfor the Safety Bonus. APPENDIX "E" Fuel Surcharge Fuel surcharge will be paid to the Owner Operator based on the average price at cardlocks in Vancouver, Edmonton and Regina, on the first of every month. The average price on the first of the month will be used to calculate the fuel surcharge for the entire month. The fuel price per is then used in the following table to determine the amount of fuel surcharge paid to the Owner Operator in cents per mile.
Safety Bonus. The Company agrees to maintain the Safety Bonus Program that was in effect at the signing of this Agreement. Said Program shall remain in effect for the life of this Agreement.
Safety Bonus. The safety bonus scheme will be discontinued as it created a risk that injuries would not be reported. The amount that was paid in safety bonus has been rolled into the overall wage increase in the new classification structure.
Safety Bonus. 1. When the Owner Operator has operated for one (1) continuous year, exclusively for the Company, and without having caused or contributed to any loss of or damage whatsoever to the equipment or cargo, or incurred any liability to a third party or parties for which the Company is or may in any way be liable, the Owner Operator shall receive a lump sum Safety Bonus as follows: Highway (minimum 128,748 kms) = $0.01 / 1.609 kms City = $750.00 / anniversary year
Safety Bonus. Drivers and monitors shall be eligible to receive a safety bonus if they complete a full year without a preventable accident or injury and attend one hundred (100%) of the safety meetings. Determination of preventability will be based on whether the employee in question failed to do everything he/she as a professional reasonably could have done to prevent the occurrence. The bonus amount is $200.00 per year for drivers and $100 per year for monitors, to be paid in the last pay period in June.
