Safety, breakdowns and accidents. 11.3.1. The Licensee shall ensure safe conditions within the premises and surrounding areas, and in the event of unsafe conditions, breakdowns and accidents, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures. Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.
