Safety, breakdowns and accidents. The Concessionaire shall ensure safe conditions for the Patients, visitors and staff and in the event of unsafe conditions, structural damage, Equipment breakdowns and accidents and it shall follow the relevant operating procedures and undertake safe removal of obstruction, debris and dangerous spills and leakages without delay. Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.
