Safety Compliance. Supplier shall promptly comply, and shall at all times during the performance of this Contract, take all measures and precautions necessary to ensure that subcontractors and the representatives, agents, employees and invitees of Supplier or of any subcontractor shall promptly comply, with any and all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, procedures, ordinances, orders, decrees, decisions, restrictions, permits and licenses of any national or local authority regarding the prevention of accidents or fires and the elimination of accident hazards, fire hazards or unsafe practices. These shall include, without limitation, requests made by any governmental authority to initiate corrective actions for any deficiencies.
