Safety Distance. Spacing between phases for conductors and bare busbars outside shall be of at least: - In 220 kV : 4,00 m. - In 60 kV : 1,50 m. All safety distances shall comply with the National Electricity Code - Supply 2011, and theapplicable IEC 60071 and ANSI/IEEE standards. The above-mentioned values are for reference purpose and refer to the sea level; therefore, shall be corrected based on the altitude of the facilities, as applicable.
