Safety Information and Training. Any Employee required to operate equipment requiring safety precautions, the use of protective devices, and/or safe handling procedures, shall receive information, instruction and/or training by the Employer as required to ensure the health and safety of the Employee and the safe operation of the equipment or such other training as may be required under the OHSA.
