Safety Net Service. In recognition that electricity is an essential service, and that there is a risk that in a competitive market some low-income customers may be unable to obtain or retain service on reasonable terms on account of a credit profile that would not create a barrier to service under the current regulated monopoly supply, Boston Edison shall arrange to provide electric supply for low-income customers who are no longer eligible to receive service under the standard offer and not adequately supplied by the market because they are unable to obtain or retain electric service from competitive power suppliers. Service under this provision shall be made available under rates, terms and conditions approved by the Department. Boston Edison shall fully recover the reasonable costs it incurs in arranging this service.

Service under this provision shall be made available at prices, terms, and conditions approved by the Department. The Company shall fully recover the reasonable costs it incurs in arranging this service. MINIMUM CHARGE The minimum charge per month is the Customer Charge. METER READING AND BILLING Bills calculated under this rate schedule are payable when presented and shall be rendered monthly; however, the Company reserves the right to read meters and render bills on bimonthly basis. When bills are rendered bimonthly, the Customer Charge shall be multiplied by two.

  • Quality Service Standards/NAV Errors Price Associates and the Fund may, from time to time, agree to certain quality service standards, with respect to the Services hereunder. In the event Price Associates is the party responsible for causing an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or share class of a Fund (“NAV Error”), the actions that are required to be taken as to such NAV Error shall be made in accordance with the Fund’s Net Asset Value Error Correction Policy and Procedures (“NAV Error Policy”) attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site.   • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and
