The project schedule shall be a XXXXX CHART which covers all aspects from contract award through the date required to achieve substantial completion for the Sample Project. The network logic shall be linked and complete. The accompanying narrative shall discuss any significant contingency issues that could potentially delay overall progress on the project, and what actions the Offeror would propose to mitigate the impact on project completion.
