Safety Procedures. 633 Safety is a mutual concern of the Employer and employee. The Employer shall be alert to 634 unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions and shall endeavor to provide a safe place of 635 employment. The employee, in the course of performing duties associated with the mission of 636 the Employer, shall be alert to unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions and shall endeavor to 637 report any unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions to his/her immediate supervisor. 638 Whenever the physical facilities of the building are deemed unoccupiable for students, the 639 building shall be deemed unoccupiable for employees.
