Safety Procedures. 559 Safety is a mutual concern of the Employer and employee. The Employer shall be alert to 560 unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions and shall endeavor to provide a safe place of 561 employment. The employee, in the course of performing duties associated with the mission of 562 the Employer, shall be alert to unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions and shall endeavor to 563 report any unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions to his/her immediate supervisor. 564 Whenever the physical facilities of the building are deemed unoccupiable for students, the 565 building shall be deemed unoccupiable for employees.
