Safety/Security Plan. The District shall develop, implement and enforce a security plan that addresses access to buildings and classrooms by requiring all visitors to report to the main offices prior to any further access to the buildings. The plan shall provide for monitoring ingress and egress, improving signage and directions for reporting to the office. The District shall maintain in good working order the emergency communication and monitoring system and shall inform staff of any breakdowns of such equipment within seventy-two (72) hours after receipt of notice of the malfunction.
