Common use of SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. ‌ 13.01 Part-time employees who are required by the Employer to wear approved safety footwear shall be paid an allowance of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) every two (2) years upon presentation of a receipt. It is further agreed that Part-time employees shall have the option of a yearly boot allowance of sixty-two dollars and fifty cents ($62.50).

It is further agreed that Part-time employees shall have the option of a yearly boot allowance of sixty-two dollars and fifty cents ($62.50).

It is further agreed that Part-time employees shall have the option of a yearly boot allowance of sixty-two dollars and fifty cents ($62.50).
