Common use of SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. 24.01 Full-time employees who are required by the Company to wear approved safety footwear shall be paid an allowance of up to eighty-five dollars ($85.00) upon presentation of a receipt.

SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. 24.01 Full12.01 Part-time employees who are required by the Company to wear approved safety footwear shall be paid an allowance of up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per two (2) years, January 20, 2008 eighty dollars ($80.00) per two (2) years, January 24, 2010 eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per two (2) years upon presentation of a receipt.

SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. 24.01 23.01 Full-time employees who are required by the Company to wear approved safety footwear shall be paid an allowance of up to seventy-five ($75.00) dollars effective March 23, 2011 and up to eighty-five dollars ($85.00) dollars effective January 1, 2012 upon presentation of a receipt.

SAFETY SHOE OR BOOT ALLOWANCE. 24.01 13.01 Full-time employees who are required by the Company Employer to wear approved safety footwear shall be paid an allowance of up to eightyone hundred and twenty-five dollars ($85.00125.00) per calendar year upon presentation of a receipt. It is further agreed that full-time employees shall have the option of a semi- annual boot allowance however, the maximum semi-annual entitled shall be sixty-two dollars and fifty cents ($62.50).
