Safety Shoes Allowance. The Employer will provide an allowance sufficient to purchase safety shoes to those employees required to wear safety shoes. Employees who, for reasons of personal preference, choose a model of safety shoe that costs more than the Employer-provided allowance must pay any additional cost associated with their choice of shoe.
