Safety Supplies. All safety clothing and personal protective equipment required by the Employer or by WorkSafe BC (WCB) shall be provided for and maintained by the Employer. The Employer will maintain a sufficient amount of disinfectant, face masks, and other needed supplies, to be used in the event of a Provincially Declared Health Emergency, where available. Safety clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the Employer are the sole property of the Employer. It is the responsibility of the employee to use all necessary PPE provided by the Employer while at work.

Safety Supplies. The Property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kid. For your safety and the safety of the Property, please do not remove, tamper with, or disable any of the safety supplies. ● HVAC. The Property has an HVAC system that can be controlled by a thermostat. Please adhere to all posted notices regarding use of the thermostat. ● Washer/Dryer. A washer and dryer is available for use during your stay. ● Video Monitoring. Security cameras are located on the Property for your safety and the safety and security of the Property.
Safety Supplies. Halo shall maintain an inventory of API (subject to Quotas), PEO and Components that would reasonably be expected to suffice for Halo to meet Client’s then-current Forecast. At Client’s request, Halo shall also maintain an inventory of Finished Goods as specified by Client. Halo shall turn over all such safety supplies as new API, PEO and Components are received or new lots of Product are delivered, respectively, to optimize the shelf life of such safety supplies. Halo shall promptly notify Client in writing at any time if it reasonably anticipates that additional amounts of API or PEO will be needed for Halo to meet Client’s then-current Forecast. If Halo reasonably believes that it is or will be unable to obtain a sufficient supply of Components from Third Party vendors for Halo to meet Client’s then-current Forecast, Halo shall promptly notify Client in writing and Client shall have the right to negotiate directly with such Third Party vendors to secure an adequate supply of such Components. If Client directs Halo to maintain Finished Goods in inventory pursuant to this Section 2.4(b) and fails to take possession of such Finished Goods within [*****] following its release, Client shall pay Halo the monthly storage fee set forth in Schedule B thereafter for storing such Product. Upon [*****] written notice to Client, Halo shall have the option to ship to Client at Client’s expense any finished Product, Components, API and PEO held by Halo in inventory hereunder longer than [*****].
Safety Supplies. 24.1 Safety Apparel and Equipment Supplies (1) rain wear; (2) coveralls or smocks; (3) A $300 per year subsidy shall be provided to employees who are required to wear WCB approved safety boots. The yearly maximum payment to an employee will not exceed the amount noted above. Employees will provide the Employer with receipts. Where the CSA approved safety boots have been damaged due to a workplace incident, and are no longer useable, the Employer shall authorize a replacement; (4) hard hats; (5) safety goggles; (6) gloves.

If AAA reasonably believes that it is or will be unable to obtain a sufficient supply of Components from Third Party vendors for AAA to meet Client’s then-current Forecast, AAA shall promptly notify Client in writing and Client shall have the right to negotiate directly with such Third Party vendors to secure an adequate supply of such Components. If Client fails to take possession of Finished Goods within [***] days following its release, Client shall pay AAA a monthly storage fee of $[***] per pallet per month thereafter for storing such Finished Goods with partial pallets charged on a full pallet basis. Upon [***] weeks’ written notice to Client, AAA shall have the option to ship to Client at Client’s expense any Finished Goods, Products, Components and Active Material held by AAA in inventory hereunder longer than [***] months, provided AAA has been properly turning over such safety supplies in accordance with this Section 2.4(e).
