Salaries for Members on Sabbatical Leave. (a) a Faculty Member with a tenure-track appointment, and who has not had a twelve-month Sabbatical Leave in previous employment at a university, shall receive 100% of his/her Reference Salary for a twelve-month Sabbatical Leave after an initial 6 years of full-time credited years of service;
