Salaries of Company Employees. The Company shall remunerate its Employees ----------------------------- in accordance with a wage and salary structure which is competitive in the locality where the Employee will be working and consistent with the goals of the Company. An annual salary increase plan will be recommended by the Company President and implemented after approval of the Committee.
