Common use of SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YEARS OF SERVICE Clause in Contracts

SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YEARS OF SERVICE. Years of service to Central State University will be rewarded by increasing Bargaining Unit members' salaries, after Across-the-Board adjustments, if any, have been made and after minimum salary requirements have been met, by $1,000 upon completion of a five (5) year block of service to Central State University. There will be no more than one (1) $1,000 adjustment per Bargaining Unit member during the term of this Agreement
