SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR YEARS OF SERVICE. 34. l Years of service to Central State University will be rewarded by increasing Bargaining Unit members' salaries, after Across-the-Board adjustments, if any, have been made and after minimum salary requirements have been met, by $1,000 upon completion of a five (5) year block of service to Central State University. There will be no more than one (1) $1,000 adjustment per Bargaining Unit member during the term of this Agreement
