Salary, Benefits and Additional Compensation. As compensation and consideration for the performance by Executive of his duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement, Employer agrees to pay, and/or to cause one or more of its subsidiaries to pay Executive, and Executive agrees to accept the following amounts and benefits (all Dollar amounts referred to herein are in United States Dollars):
