Salary for the Independence Day. If the Independence Day had otherwise been a working day, the employee is paid a full salary calculated based on the average hourly wage. If the work is paid by the day, hour or piecework, receiving this compensation requires that the employee has been continuously working for the employer for at least six working days before the Independence Day. The employee working on the Independence Day is paid as if it were a Sunday work.
