SALARY GRADE STRUCTURE AND NEW JOB TITLES. 1. Salary Grades All positions in the bargaining unit are assigned to one of the salary grades in existence prior to certification of the IAFF-5082 as the exclusive representative. These salary grade assignments shall continue unless changed. Any change in salary grade assignments shall be consistent with the process reflected in pertinent part of Rutgers Policy Section 60.4.5 notwithstanding that Unit Members are not categorized as Managerial, Professional, Supervisory and Confidential (“MPSC”) Staff, nor are they intended to be regarded as such. There is a minimum, midpoint and maximum salary for each salary grade.
