Salary Increment. Salaries of all employees will be on the basic scale as negotiated with salary increases beginning with the July paycheck. A person must be employed as of January 1st of any new year to receive advancement on the salary scale. The Board will inform the Association of all unscheduled and arbitrary salary changes.
